I am Patricia, event & wedding planner. First, I would like to thank you your visit to the website, if you are here, it is probably because you need help with the organisation of an event or wedding.

In Ocevents we are specialised in event & wedding organisation, and we would like to help and accompany you in the celebration day. We are based in Barcelona, but we work across Spain, and we also have vast experience in international events if you need help abroad.

We have been organising events since 2013, with experience both in companies and in agencies. End of 2018, we launched this professional and personal project. We do all types of weddings and events, of different sizes and for all industries: product launches, conventions, incentives and of course weddings. We work across Spain but also abroad.

We do not have a price catalogue. We consider it is important to build the project together with our clients, taking into consideration their needs and preferences. Two events are never the same, each project is a trip that starts with an idea that develops and transforms into a memorable experience.

Suppliers are our pillars and very important for developing successful events. We look for the suppliers that can adapt best to each situation and clients will always have the last word/decision.

A wedding organiser, also called a wedding planner, is like a fairy godmother who can make your dreams come true. She will help you with the organisation and planning of your wedding. She will advise you on the coordination of the wedding day and will accompany you so that the entire preparation process and you have the wedding of your dreams.

A wedding and event organiser company can do magic for you! We can help you with anything you may need and we can make your dreams or ideas happen.
A wedding and event organiser company will be time saving and will help you enjoy the wedding or event preparation process. You will also feel relax as the wedding and event organiser company will coordinate all the details on the wedding or event day. You will be able to enjoy without taking care of anything!
Lots of couples and clients think it is an uncessary cost as they can do it by their own, and don’t realise they needed a wedding or event organiser until the wedding or event is over.

Of course! Even if you contract an event or wedding planner, you will be able to participate in the organisation and whole preparation process. You can get involved as much as you want! We will guide you, but you will also have the last word in all the decisions.

Of course we will be there! We love being present on the wedding/event day and making sure everything is going smoothly and as previously planned. We will also take care of solving last minute challenges and you will not notice them. It is very important to have someone coordinating everything.

Every client is different and every wedding or event is unique for us. We don’t have packages, all our budgets are totally customised as every client has its own needs and preferences.

It really depends on the type of event you have in mind, the size, the time in the year when you want to celebrate the event, etc.

For the wedding organisation, if you want to get married on a specific date in high season, we always recommend to contact us one year and a half before. We can of course organise it with less time, but you need to consider that lots of suppliers might be already busy.

For other type of events, it really depends on the event. We have managed to organise corporate events for more than 300 guests in 2 weeks. It is not ideal and you have to be flexible in terms of availability and fast taking decisions. It is not the ideal, but we can do it!

They are different figures. What a venue usually offers is a person that will coordinate all the things that happen inside their space with their exclusive suppliers. This person will not recommend external suppliers and will not help you with things that happen outside the venue (ex. transportation, budget control, guest invites, etc.).

An event o wedding planner will take care of coordinating and managing every single detail to make sure everything turns out perfectly.

No, we don’t have exclusivity with any supplier! We adpat to the preferences, budgets and needs of each client and we try to look for the option that adapts best to our clients needs.
